I’m a Learning & Performance Specialist with 10+ years of experience in Talent Development, HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, and Training Facilitation. I partner with managers on people matters, workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness—always with a focus on outcomes, consistency, and compliance.

In my current role, I drive the annual goal-setting and performance review cycle for 2,500+ employees across India, LATAM, US, and Pakistan. I design and maintain performance evaluation forms, tools, and processes, and I use dashboards and data-driven reporting to identify trends, support leadership decisions, and improve feedback quality through rating calibration.

I also own end-to-end learning delivery—from needs analysis and instructional design to execution and reporting—improving completion rates to 85%. I build blended learning paths and e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Paycom Learning, and LinkedIn Learning, and I manage LMS administration, learning analytics, stakeholder communication, and L&D project execution with a strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment and audit readiness.
