I’m a detail-oriented graduate with hands-on experience in customer service, communication, data handling, and administrative support. I’m adaptable in fast-paced environments and committed to accuracy, problem-solving, and following procedures.

As an M-Pesa Customer Service Representative (2024–Present), I assist customers with account-related inquiries and transaction issues while maintaining professionalism during complaints. I record and manage customer information accurately and follow company data privacy guidelines, improving customer satisfaction through clear communication.

During my teaching practice attachment, I organized classroom records and learning materials, conducted research, and prepared lesson content. I also managed administrative and reporting tasks—strengthening my organization, multitasking, and written communication—while building strong momentum toward AI training, data annotation, and AI response/content evaluation.
