What I'm looking for

I'm available for full-time remote opportunities, 40 hours per week.

At Freedom Lands of America, I research US vacant-land markets and organize property datasets to support acquisitions. I compile comparable-sales findings and assist with lead preparation and skip tracing.

I review property details and due diligence considerations, and help maintain accurate CRM records. I also support acquisition documentation, team reporting, and quality checks for AI-assisted workflows.

On a contract project with Zake.UK / We Build.UK, I identified UK renewable-energy development sites through mapping, property information, and electrical infrastructure research. I reviewed secondary-substation capacity, utilization, and headroom, then documented site-screening findings.

Earlier, I researched land ownership and due diligence factors for Landtrade LLC and assisted US real estate teams at Ohana Properties / Vacant Land Man. At Sitel, I supported coaching and quality assurance in customer service operations, after starting as a Customer Service Representative.
