At Octopi Digital Limited, I handle 50+ CRM, voice AI, chatbot, and automation client projects. I build systems that replace repetitive operational work with reliable, always-on workflows.
My work includes HIPAA-conscious conversational and voice AI, law-firm call qualification and booking, renewal recovery, unified billing automation, CRM builds, and real-estate lead scraping. I use GoHighLevel, n8n, VAPI AI, Twilio, OpenAI API, Stripe, Whop, Apify, and webhooks to turn operational needs into deployed systems.
I also build research and academic projects across NLP, data mining, web development, and database systems, and I want to keep delivering automation at a larger scale for teams where saved time changes what they can do.
