What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in workflow management and international operations, contributing to an organization that values efficiency, collaboration, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

I've managed end-to-end client projects in an international workflow environment, coordinating with a Netherlands-based head office and teams across Vietnam, India, and the United States.

As a Client Support Executive, I translate client requirements into structured workflows, assign tasks, coordinate designers and quality control teams, monitor deadlines, and manage revisions through delivery. I focus on reducing errors, maintaining international quality standards, and supporting client satisfaction.

My previous work as a Graphic Design Specialist gave me a practical understanding of design requirements, quality evaluation, and creative-team collaboration. I was recognized as Best Designer of the Year by Bright River Bangladesh Limited in 2024.

I'm continuing my BA (Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality Management while growing toward workflow management and international operations roles where efficiency, collaboration, and high standards matter.
