I am a dedicated and client-centered professional with a proven track record in veteran housing programs and supportive services. Currently, I serve as Housing Program Supervisor II with Volunteers of America, where I provide strategic leadership and oversee program operations to ensure high-quality service delivery in the housing and homeless services field.
In my role, I manage day-to-day operations of housing support programs for veterans and families, supervising and mentoring housing specialist staff.
