As a Total Rewards Specialist, I execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly benefits and compensation processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. I support benefits audits and regulatory reporting, helping maintain alignment with federal and state requirements.

In my role, I manage and audit Total Rewards data in Workday—maintaining accurate job profiles, benefit elections, and reporting outputs. I also contribute to annual merit and bonus cycles, job evaluations, and compensation survey submissions to support organizational goals.

Previously, as a Total Rewards Intern, I handled internal benefits communications and supported the development and maintenance of the company’s compensation structure. I performed audits on 401(k), FSA, and medical benefits, and I’m motivated by responsive employee and vendor support that resolves inquiries and strengthens Total Rewards communication.
