What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Technical Support, Customer Support, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Support role where I can troubleshoot issues, assist customers, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.

I'm currently repairing smartphones and mobile devices at PhoneDoctor Uganda, supporting 10–50 customers daily and helping reduce average repair turnaround time to about 48 hours.

Across telecommunications, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, and technology, I've handled customer support, technical enquiries, administrative records, reports, team coordination, and day-to-day operations. At Palace Motel Limited, I supervised five staff, managed hotel operations, coordinated purchasing, and represented management in meetings.

I've also entered vaccination data into national systems, maintained stock records, coordinated field and customer-service activities, and supported technology marketing campaigns.
