What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategy and operations initiatives where I can use data, forecasting, and cross-functional execution to scale global teams and improve business performance.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers, I lead global tax strategy and operations across business units and teams in Mexico, Argentina, India, and Kuala Lumpur. I translate leadership priorities into workplans, timelines, and deployment strategies.

I use Power BI, operational metrics, utilization forecasting, and capacity planning to deliver executive recommendations on engagement performance, hiring, headcount, and multi-year demand. I also established operating cadences that strengthen alignment and accountability across finance, recruiting, deployment, and global leadership.

I led the launch and onboarding strategy for delivery teams in Mexico City and Kuala Lumpur, enabling more than 150 professionals to support US engagements. Earlier, I built Alteryx automation that reduced manual workload by 90% while supporting tax compliance, reporting, and client-focused research.
