What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality or tourism role where I can lead guest-focused operations, manage reservations, and support tourism project coordination—especially in multilingual environments with room to grow.

I’m a motivated, versatile professional with a background in audiovisual production, environmental tourism project design, and hospitality management. I bring proven experience across hotel operations, restaurant management, and tourism services, including international collaboration with Spanish-speaking clients.

In my most recent role, I’ve served as a Restaurant Manager, and I’ve also worked as a Spanish Operations Team Member for a travel agency in Casablanca. These experiences strengthened my ability to lead day-to-day operations, communicate clearly with guests, and resolve issues quickly.

Earlier in my career, I worked across guest-focused positions, including Hotel Receptionist & Reservation Assistant, Hotel Host, and Guesthouse Manager. I learned how to support smooth guest journeys through reservation support, front-desk coordination, and service-oriented problem solving.

Alongside hospitality, I studied Cinematic and Audiovisual Production & Management and specialized in Eco-Tourism Project Design and Management. I’m passionate about travel, music, and performing arts, and I aim to combine customer-focused hospitality with tourism project coordination and creative communication.
