What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can combine client service, business coordination, and practical IT support while continuing to grow my technical and digital skills.

I manage DAUN Int’l Services Ltd., where I oversee business operations, client relationships, travel consultancy, international education support, and visa documentation.

I keep time-sensitive client cases moving by coordinating with universities, service providers, and business partners while managing digital records, email communication, and administrative systems.

I also provide hands-on IT support through Pemware Technologies Limited, troubleshooting computers, software, Windows systems, peripherals, internet connectivity, and basic networking issues.

As a part-time Computer Instructor at Alpha and Omega International School, I teach computer skills, Microsoft Office, digital literacy, internet safety, file management, and basic troubleshooting. I bring over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience alongside training in cybersecurity, computer science, tourism, and digital marketing.
