At Sproxil Nigeria, I grew the company from 19 to nearly 100 people in six months and now partner with hiring managers to turn growth targets into hiring plans. I build structured recruitment processes, from scorecards and assessment rubrics to approval workflows.

Earlier, at Troloppe Property Services, I integrated Zoho People to automate requisitions and candidate tracking, and led TPS DataHub and the company website to digitise HR operations. I also recruited technical talent for an India-based team and ran a hiring drive across 37 locations.
