Previously, at Millennium Hotel Dubai, I managed reservations, welcomed and checked in guests, processed payments, and helped resolve guest issues while accommodating special needs.

At Maids.cc, I handled high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, identified customer needs, resolved complaints, met daily targets, and found opportunities to upsell services.
