I’m a results-driven Regional Operations Analyst focused on process optimization and data-driven management, with experience analyzing operations, implementing operational improvements, and leading transformation initiatives at scale.

At Telecom Argentina, I’ve led CRM migration projects, including the transition from CSG to Salesforce, with an emphasis on operational risk mitigation, impact analysis, and business continuity. I also define, validate, and deploy MVPs for new services, ensuring functional design aligns with business requirements.

I build decision-ready executive dashboards that turn operational data into actionable insights for key indicator monitoring. I drive process optimization and reengineering through Gap Analysis to stabilize critical indicators and support sustained achievement of regional objectives.

Previously, as a Planning and Forecasting Analyst, I managed technical resource planning, SLA compliance, KPI monitoring, and demand projection to optimize workforce capacity. I’ve also led a 20-person back office team, and I currently teach Human Resources in a Business Administration program, mentoring analytical thinking, decision-making, and employability.
