At Air Liquide, I mapped processes with the teams involved, documented current and target states, and identified inefficiencies and automation opportunities. I applied Six Sigma in continuous improvement projects and defined functional requirements with IT.

For those projects, I measured process times before and after changes, achieving a 30% reduction in operational time. I also designed standardized KPIs and executive reporting dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio, shortening the decision cycle for action-plan follow-up by 40%.

I worked with business areas, IT, process owners, and auditors across LATAM, Canada, the U.S., and France. I coordinated external audits with KPMG and PwC and helped turn findings into improvement requirements and a standardized closing process that reduced post-audit findings by 60%.

I'm steering my career toward Business Analysis and Business Transformation, supported by Business Analytics training and a Power BI project. In my Aranay project, I built a three-page dashboard using Instagram metrics and a Tiendanube catalog, with a data model, DAX measures, KPIs, and business recommendations.
