I’m looking for a tech support role in a healthcare-focused organization where I can troubleshoot, resolve issues, and support patients and providers while applying my bilingual communication and reimbursement/billing expertise.

I’m a motivated, bilingual professional with extensive experience across technical support, customer service, and administrative coordination in healthcare settings. I bring strong troubleshooting skills, calm problem-solving, and a focus on delivering exceptional care in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as a Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist, I manage insurance claims end-to-end—handling eligibility verification, prior authorizations, EOB review, appeals, and payment discrepancy resolution—while maintaining HIPAA compliance. I also support patients, providers, and payers in English/Spanish by clearly explaining benefits, billing, and reimbursement details.

Previously, as a Patient Care Coordinator/Billing Coordinator at a high-volume oncology/urology practice, I coordinated patient care operations including check-in/out, appointment scheduling, EMR data entry, chart creation for Radiation Oncology, and referral management. I also handled billing and accounts receivable by preparing invoices, resolving discrepancies, processing adjustments, following up on payments, and reconciling data using QuickBooks and NetSuite.
