I seek a role where I can lead payments/regulatory compliance and partner risk programs, drive data-backed process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally in a growth-oriented, compliance-focused company.

I am a compliance and partner risk operations leader with extensive experience driving regulatory programs, payments integrations, and operational improvements across APAC. I have led cross-functional projects with engineering, sales, risk, and external banking partners to ensure regulatory alignment and business continuity.

At Stripe and Amazon I managed banking and local payments risk partnerships, developed data-backed process enhancements, and owned reporting and communications under the Payment Services Act. My work has prevented commercial loss, optimized partner processes, and established privacy and cybersecurity frameworks.

Earlier roles at Twitter, Square, EY and S&P Capital IQ strengthened my skills in policy operations, compliance program design, project management and client-facing stakeholder coordination. I hold a Bachelor in Media Communication and am fluent in Japanese and English.
