I am an Operational Risk and Resilience Leader with over 20 years of experience in business continuity, crisis management, and IT security within global financial institutions across Asia. My career has been marked by a proven record in leading regulatory engagement and implementing enterprise-wide risk and resilience programs. Notably, I led the APAC crisis response during COVID-19, ensuring no material impact to any locations, and developed acclaimed staff support programs during the recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake.
