At Expedia Group, I owned governance and controls for the end-to-end launch of OneKey, scoping the change through data-driven risk and performance analysis. I redesigned internal controls to eliminate 80% of manual interventions, reducing error rates and improving financial accuracy across agent and internal workflows.

Earlier at Deloitte, I delivered risk and regulatory reporting advisory and drove OECD-facing governance enhancements that saved the team 10 hours per month by streamlining compliance updates. I also translated regulatory requirements into practical guidance for non-technical stakeholders through risk advisory and compliance training.

At Goldman Sachs, I owned risk controls for daily and ad-hoc payment execution, designed and launched an automated payment control system that cut payment risk exposure by 50%, and ran KYC, client onboarding, and authentication controls. I’m now seeking contract or part-time GRC roles where I can independently scope and own a defined governance, risk, or compliance workstream end-to-end.
