At Utility Warehouse, I investigate severe telecommunications complaints in the CEO Escalations team, building specialist networks to deliver fair, time-sensitive resolutions.

I work closely with Ombudsman guidance and Ofcom regulations, explain difficult outcomes with empathy, and identify process drivers with department heads and C-level stakeholders. I also coach a junior colleague on email communication, workflow, timeframes, and CEO-team conduct.

Previously, I progressed from technical customer support into customer escalations, troubleshooting network faults, supporting routers and WiFi mesh devices, and managing complaint pipelines. My earlier inside sales work at Redgate Software involved uncovering software development pipeline challenges, delivering demos, building opportunities, and connecting customer feedback with development teams.

I’ve also managed my own investment fund, using market research, graph-pattern analysis, and risk management to guide trading decisions. Outside work, I organise community events and provide local technical support for hardware, software, and mobile-device issues.
