At GitHub, I resolve escalated, high-severity incidents across GitHub Enterprise Server, GitHub Cloud, and Git internals. I work with customer infrastructure teams and partner with engineering to reproduce and document bugs through to deployed fixes.
At the Office of the NYS Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli, I administered production RHEL and AIX servers on VMware. I built Bash monitoring for NFS mount health where none existed, and introduced Docker and an ELK stack for proactive monitoring.
After my promotion to Information Technology Specialist 3, I took on mainframe administration and completed an in-flight tape library replacement and hardware refresh. Earlier, at P&J Computers, Inc., I supported client environments, administered servers, and led Office 365 migrations.
