What I'm looking for

I seek technical roles in fiber transmission or NOC operations where I can lead deployments, troubleshoot complex networks, and improve service reliability while working in collaborative, customer-focused teams.

I am a results-driven network and transmission engineer with hands-on experience in DWDM systems, fiber network monitoring, NOC operations, and large-scale transmission deployments. I have led and supported projects such as the Digital Superhighway 100G equipment installations and monitored major fibre backbones under contracts with ICTA, Safaricom, and Liquid Intelligent Technologies.

I deliver reliable operations through technical troubleshooting, equipment commissioning, system testing, and clear documentation. I combine field installation and maintenance experience with NOC support, training in ADVA/CIENA/Adtran technologies, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
