I’m an Account Director with 10+ years of experience at one of Russia’s leading independent creative and influencer marketing agencies operating across large-scale CIS markets. I build lasting client partnerships, drive consistent revenue growth, and create conditions for high-performing account teams.

At Rabbit & Carrot (rabbit-carrot.ru), I lead an account management team managing 30+ simultaneous client relationships across IT, FMCG, telecommunications, retail, banking, development, and entertainment. I work directly with the CEO/COO/founders on annual business planning, revenue forecasting, commercial target setting, and performance tracking.

I’m proud of helping the agency achieve record revenue in 9 out of the past 10 years through account growth and strong team performance. I also supervised 1,500+ influencer, digital, and integrated creative campaigns, generating an estimated combined audience reach of approximately 2 billion views, while acting as the senior escalation point for key clients.
