Since March 2023, I've designed and built eight working systems by directing AI agents, then testing and documenting them so non-programmers can use them. My work includes workflow automation, data pipelines, monitoring, and scheduled AI agents; each project is self-directed, not a client engagement.
As an AI-Directed System Builder, I created a real-estate data-fusion pipeline that combines 30,000+ rental listings with public assessment, rent, census, and crime data to produce underwriting cards. I also built Sentinelle, which audits 11 system layers and reports ambiguous results as indeterminate rather than green.
At Support Techno & Automatisation, which I launched in September 2026, I provide bilingual in-home technology help and small-business automation. I explain phones, Wi-Fi, accounts, security, and scams in plain language, especially for seniors.
Before this work, I managed a portfolio of 30 residential apartments and its team, and worked in genotoxicity research involving waterway testing, microscopy, and data-integrity procedures. Across these roles, I rely on independent checks: a result counts only once a second method confirms it.
