At Bell Canada, I originated and built an agentic AI initiative that turns enterprise sources into structured requirements and solution designs. I piloted the multi-agent pipeline on production modules, and it was adopted into Bell’s SpecFlow initiative.
I’ve delivered production features for Bell and Virgin Mobile apps, integrating REST and GraphQL services across authentication, billing, payments, and customer-account workflows. I also contributed to the CIAM Universal Login proof of concept and delivered Auth0 SSO and AutoPay bank-account payment setup.
At OMID Foundation, I take technology platforms from requirements through rollout and user training, and built an agentic AI content workflow that’s in active use. I’m focused on applied AI delivery: configuring, testing, documenting, and handing over solutions that people can run.
