What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and productize shipped, closed-loop agentic AI workflows for real estate/PropTech, architecture, and regulatory research—where judgment and orchestration matter, and outputs are delivered as working systems (research/analysis, not legal advice).

I'm an applied-AI builder — I turn messy, ambiguous problems into shipped, AI-driven output. My edge is judgment and orchestration, not ML research, sharpened at an unusual intersection: architecture, real-estate/PropTech, and legal/regulatory research.

I've run an independent practice since 2017 — AI-augmented since 2022, agentic automation since 2024 — with design, research, and automation work spanning Canada, Europe, and APAC. I design closed-loop agentic workflows with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and n8n, engineer LLM/prompt systems and custom GPTs, and wire AI agents into real software — including a custom MCP bridge into Rhino for computational design.

In real estate, I built an end-to-end property-listing scraper and analysis pipeline (Python/Apify) for AI-augmented feasibility, market, and site analysis aimed at English-speaking investors and boutique firms. On the legal/regulatory side, I do AI-augmented research, document analysis, and compliance support — research and analysis only, never legal advice.

Architecture-trained (Rhino/Grasshopper, parametric optimization, whole-life-carbon/LCA), I bring a spatial, systems-level lens most AI generalists can't. I'm Canadian, based in APAC, and available for remote contract or full-time roles.
