I am a versatile technology professional with hands-on experience supporting AI systems, data operations, and client-facing IT solutions. I combine a strong foundation in networking and security with practical expertise in AI workflows such as prompt engineering, response validation, and annotation.

In my current role I manage end-to-end B2B client engagements and contribute to product strategy as an Associate Product Manager, including leading monetization design and feature prioritization for an AI interview training platform. I design structured prompt engineering frameworks and QA protocols to ensure realistic, contextually appropriate AI responses.

I have provided IT and network support across roles, resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and administering network devices while documenting processes and training staff. My background includes network simulation, CCTV and IoT security system configuration, and database and web project work.
