I've managed and improved the FAST2 enterprise system at SWG Nordic Housing AB for leading Swedish real estate companies, supporting rental administration and finance across approximately 18–20 customer organizations.
I lead configuration and integration initiatives including ISO20022 implementations, banking transitions, and financial-process automation. I troubleshoot complex issues through SQL analysis, data correction, root-cause analysis, functional testing, and release support.
I've coordinated customers, developers, banks, and third-party vendors while managing integrations with Bankgirot, Kivra, and Visma. I also developed iReport reports and delivered more than 25 customer trainings, workshops, and advisory sessions.
Earlier, I mapped business processes and gathered requirements for digital transformation at Sigtuna Municipality. I bring a structured, solution-oriented approach to creating business value through reliable systems, process improvements, and customer-focused consulting.
