I'm currently configuring and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at Polarium Energy Solutions, supporting finance and operational workflows. I diagnose issues across GL, AP/AR, and order processing while improving data accuracy and standardizing processes.
I translate business requirements into Business Central configuration changes, lead fit-gap analysis, and support UAT cycles with technical teams. I also create user documentation and training materials that improve adoption and reduce reliance on support.
Previously at Avalara, I led end-to-end implementations of ERP-integrated tax solutions for international clients, including onboarding, integration configuration, data migration, validation, go-live, and hypercare support. I worked closely with engineering and QA teams to resolve defects and stabilize implementations.
My experience also includes process mapping and ERP requirements at Reach for Change, plus CLM workflow configuration and reporting automation at Icertis. I bring a finance MBA and computer engineering background to ERP, tax, compliance, and operational process improvement.
