At MT Grupo Privado / NITRO Security Group, I lead business strategy, commercial development, client relationships and operational performance across private security services. I’ve led teams of up to 600 people and overseen annual operations with revenues of approximately US$5 million.
I personally design and develop digital tools for CRM, HR and payroll, accounting, operational control and patrol tracking. My focus is translating real operating needs into practical systems that improve visibility and support consistent execution.
At NiproClean — Cleaning Services, I acquired and continue to manage the business, overseeing staffing, service quality and customer relationships. I develop operational controls, supervisor checklists, reporting and digital follow-up to support service delivery and client retention.
I founded Sapore Bolivia, an importing and distribution company specializing in flavors, essences and ingredients for the food industry, built its commercial operation and completed an exit through the sale of my ownership stake. Earlier, at PIL Andina, I led national purchasing and planning after supporting logistics coordination and supply-chain operations.
