What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex cross-functional delivery where I can turn ambiguous requests into clear plans, manage timelines and economics, improve operating workflows, and build practical automation around project work.

At Whale Studio, I run 6–7 concurrent projects across design, engineering, marketing, legal, finance and external vendors, turning one-line business requests into scoped plans, timelines, risk points and clear ownership.

Previously at Pragmatica, I delivered 30+ enterprise projects across banking, cybersecurity, mobility, telecom and media. I owned delivery end to end, from briefing and estimation through commercial proposals, change management and handover.

I’ve managed a 15-person, 12-month financial-literacy program for a top-5 Eastern European retail bank and acted as de facto Product Manager for three WebView games in its mobile app, including one opened more than 15 million times.

I build practical delivery tooling too: seven n8n automations for reporting, intake, tracking and project workflows, connecting Jira, Gmail, Telegram, Google Sheets and LLM APIs while keeping operational decisions rule-based.
