I'm co-founding Decarbora through Carbon13, developing a bio-based alternative to conventional carbon black for paints, coatings, and cosmetics. I lead commercial strategy, customer validation, go-to-market development, team structure, and capital planning ahead of our seed raise.
Before Decarbora, I built Vagabund Brauerei from homebrewing into one of Berlin's largest craft breweries, growing revenue 6.7×, raising €4M+, building a 35-person team, and delivering a €2.4M production facility. I also work selectively as a Fractional COO and startup advisor, helping early-stage food tech, climate tech, and built-environment companies structure operations, scale teams, develop business models, and prepare for fundraising.
