What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to grow my IT skills, particularly in security, while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

My name is Matthew Ross, and I am an aspiring IT professional with a strong passion for IT security. I have gained valuable experience through my volunteer role as an IT Technical Assistant at Access Australia Group, where I was responsible for reinstalling and updating Windows 10 devices, as well as configuring them for Azure Active Directory and Intune guest accounts. This role allowed me to develop my technical skills and enhance my problem-solving abilities.

In addition to my volunteer experience, I worked as a Data Entry & Database Development assistant at ORM Pty Ltd, where I assisted in the development of a custom-built in-house database. My responsibilities included manual data transfer and validation, as well as entering handwritten survey responses into an online survey program. I am eager to continue building my skills in the IT field and contribute to a dynamic team.
