I improved the operating ratio from 118 to 94 within seven months while maintaining 98%+ on-time service and strengthening management routines.
Previously, I managed fleets of up to 110 trucks and helped Majik Expediting grow from approximately 10 to 25 trucks through its sale to Little River Transportation. I build accountable teams, use KPIs to guide execution, and improve revenue, utilization, customer service, and cost discipline.
