What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles combining neuroscience research and program/grant management in mission-driven organizations, applying translational science, PM skills, and mentoring to advance therapeutic development.

I am a Ph.D.-trained neuroscientist and behavioral researcher with 20+ years in translational preclinical models, research leadership, and federal grant review; I managed a $107M medical research portfolio across major peer review programs.

I direct integrated peer review and program management for federally funded awards (ALS, Spinal Cord Injury, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy), developed tools to improve rhythm of business and delivery timelines, and hold a Google Project Management Certification including AI Project Management (2025).

I have driven customer success and technical solutions in industry—enabling over 1,500 scientists, designing 1,000 field installations, and quadrupling account portfolios. I maintain a strong publication record (27 publications, >2,850 citations, h-index 25), mentor teams, and have served as Study Director ensuring GLP compliance and regulatory-aligned outcomes.
