What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my research data management, QC, and SOP-development experience in clinical, translational, or applied research environments—where data integrity, auditable documentation, and reproducible computational pipelines directly improve study outcomes.

I’m a PhD neuroscientist with 6+ years of experience in research data management, quality control, and regulatory-adjacent documentation. I designed and managed a multi-year data collection workflow across 4 behavioral experiments totaling 104 subjects, ensuring data integrity from raw acquisition through final reporting.

I implement and troubleshoot computational pipelines—most notably an R-based WholeBrain workflow for neuronal registration and quantification—and I build auditable processes through dataset QC, SOP development, and reproducible imaging and tissue-processing documentation. I communicate results with R-based statistical outputs (including two-way mixed ANOVA designs) and actively develop analytical pipelines using AI-assisted coding workflows.
