At Blueprint Medicines, a Sanofi company, I conducted immunological and pharmacokinetic rodent studies, performed ELISA, Western Blot, qPCR, histology, and suspension cell culture, and helped automate preclinical study reporting through Office Scripts, Microsoft Power Automate, and Smartsheets.
Previously, at Massachusetts General Hospital's Orefice Laboratory, I supported rodent perfusion and dissection workflows and built a MATLAB machine-learning pipeline to cluster spinal cord neuron PSTH signals. I've also developed and evaluated a virtual-reality environment for upper-limb motor rehabilitation at Stevens Institute of Technology, bringing together behavioral neuroscience, computer science, and rehabilitative technology.
