I'm seeking a Clinical Research Scientist role where I can apply project management, data analysis, and scientific communication to advance mental health and help eliminate barriers to care.

I've overseen research operations and compliance across two Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine campuses, supporting faculty, students, residents, and staff across diverse scientific programs.

I increased institutional scientific output by 400%, growing annual research presentations from 28 to more than 140 posters over four years. I also led initiatives that strengthened grant applications, publications, student research, and investigator training despite budget constraints.
