I'm looking to lead cross-functional preclinical and translational research programs where I can improve laboratory workflows, strengthen quality systems, and deliver complex scientific projects on time and within budget.

At Abcam, I lead 80+ concurrent antibody projects annually, coordinating scientific teams, operations, Quality/QA, Regulatory, vendors, and clients across scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. I manage portfolios exceeding $1M and helped improve on-time delivery from 78% to 96% while reducing deviations and nonconformances by 35%.

I've also led sponsor-funded basic and preclinical research at The Jackson Laboratory and doctoral molecular biology research at Howard University. My work spans antibody discovery, genomics, CRISPR-based models, LIMS and ELN implementation, laboratory automation, GxP documentation, SOPs, CAPA, and audit readiness.
