Matteo Verlezza

I’m an AI-augmented no-code builder with 11+ years of hands-on experience across premium retail, logistics operations, and video production. I build real, working digital products using AI—shipped production SaaS and landing pages without writing a line of traditional code.

In 2023, I founded StudioFlow and designed a multi-tenant SaaS for automated PDF document delivery for Italian accounting firms. I used Claude as a core development partner for architecture decisions, logic design, debugging, documentation, and client onboarding, then managed the full digital operations stack end-to-end.

I bring consultative, high-touch experience from luxury retail, where I advised clients on premium lighting design products and later led the Wines & Champagne department. That background strengthens how I position products, translate value, and communicate clearly with discerning B2C and B2B customers.

I also produce and edit media with a complete production workflow—shooting, editing, color grading, and delivery. Remote-oriented and async-first, I’m highly adaptable across operational, creative, and digital contexts, with a strong preference for building efficient processes that actually ship.
