Meticulous by nature and entrepreneurial by instinct, I am an HR and communications professional with 10+ years of experience spanning full-cycle recruitment, career coaching, and digital content creation.

Since 2014, I have run L'Œil du Recruteur, a career-services business built from the ground up, where I have written more than 1,800 resumes and LinkedIn profiles, produced 150+ articles and 75+ videos on career development, and grown a newsletter to over 20,000 subscribers with an above-average 35% open rate. This extreme attention to detail, paired with a refreshing creative streak, shapes everything I produce, whether it's a resume bullet point or a piece of long-form content.

Earlier in my career, I coordinated pan-Canadian, bilingual recruitment at CIMA+ (engineers, technicians, and industrial and energy sectors) and at Bell Média/Astral Radio, where I managed the full hiring cycle across the national market and handled high-sensitivity HR communications, including terminations, restructurings, and management coaching for directors and supervisors. At Drakkar, I helped build out the company's IT recruitment division and led the transition from paper-based hiring records to a digital ATS, an early expression of the entrepreneurial reflexes that continue to define how I approach my work today. Across every role, I've developed sharp instincts for sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and advising hiring managers across a wide range of industries.

On the content and marketing side, I've developed SEO-driven copy, managed WordPress/Elementor websites, built email marketing campaigns, and increasingly leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate ideation and production without ever compromising quality or voice. I move comfortably between writing a compelling job posting, coaching a candidate through interview prep, and scripting a YouTube tutorial, always with the same close attention to precision and nuance that has become something of a personal signature.

I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration (HR management) from ESG UQÀM. I am trilingual (French, English, and Spanish) and known, by colleagues and clients alike, as a respected team player who works with humility and discretion, often behind the scenes, so that the people and brands I support can shine.
