Led DevOps for 17+ GCP projects, standardizing Terraform/OpenTofu infrastructure for Kubernetes, Cloud SQL, load balancing, VPC, and 50+ Cloud Run services across dev/staging/QA/production. Drove SOC 2 Type II to full certification in 8 months and migrated 95 Terraform directories to OpenTofu while improving GPU workload reliability and CI/CD delivery across multiple teams.

Led CI/CD tooling lifecycle for an internal developer community and migrated Kubernetes infrastructure from OpenShift to Rancher to improve developer self-service. Built Helm-based Kubernetes deployments and Jenkins pipelines, and standardized project templates with Nagios monitoring and supporting documentation.

Managed testing enablement tooling for an internal developer community, administering Puppet Enterprise upgrades across Red Hat OpenShift. Developed sample projects and documentation for open-source migration (Postman, Wiremock) and built enterprise applications using Puppet Enterprise, GitLab CI, OpenShift, Helm, Gloo, and Spring Boot.

Designed and developed full-stack solutions across AWS, Azure, and VMware, building multi-cloud network infrastructure with Terraform and using Ansible/Puppet for configuration management. Delivered end-to-end build/test/quality and multi-environment deployment pipelines using Jenkins with Python/Bash and secured OS images via Packer with pre-installed tools.

Supported multiple bank client engagements by developing web and mobile experiences for account opening and financial services. Built and integrated services that transform account data for core banking delivery and implemented third-party identity verification and account creation workflows.

Modernized middle-tier services with microservices architecture and full-stack development, delivering Spring Boot REST microservices integrated with Docker, Consul, and Swagger UI. Built admin UIs with Bootstrap/RequireJS/jQuery using Selenium tests, and developed a Spring Boot SOAP adapter for legacy mediation with CI/CD via GitLab and Jenkins.

Built and developed Hadoop MapReduce and Storm topologies for historical and streaming analytics on data warehouses within the Navy Technical Cloud big data project. Designed SOA security infrastructure using WS-*, SAML, and XACML and implemented ESB/service components on JBoss SOA Platform with JAX-WS web services.

Delivered new functionality and re-engineered subsystems for an enterprise web application supporting online benefits enrollment. Worked on modernization efforts to improve reliability and maintainability of core customer-facing functionality.

Led development of an XML-based information exchange system using PLCS ISO standards, building Java services integrated with Oracle stored procedures and unified XSD schema mapping. Coordinated build/deploy tooling using MS BizTalk and delivered interoperability workflows between Army, Navy, and commercial entities.

Served as technical project lead for Oracle Software Applications Suite baseline deployments, including Oracle Collaboration Suite, Oracle Applications, Oracle Application Server, and Oracle Portal/SSO across multiple databases. Coordinated installation and baseline configuration work to support multi-database environment readiness.

Led development and technical project management for a multi-user costing and reporting system, implementing Java/JSP/Servlet components and ORM-based interfaces. Designed data synchronization interfaces to integrate with legacy systems and deliver consistent reporting across environments.

Earned an M.S. in Computer and Information Science from the College of Charleston Graduate School.
