I’m looking for a role where I can lead secure, cost-optimized cloud modernization with DevSecOps automation, strong governance, and SIEM excellence—while building practical Generative AI/RAG capabilities that improve developer and operational productivity.

I’m a Senior AWS Cloud, DevSecOps, and FinOps Engineer with 11+ years of experience architecting secure, scalable, cost-optimized cloud solutions across AWS and Azure. I focus on enterprise cloud governance, Infrastructure as Code, and reliable automation that strengthens cyber resilience and compliance.

In my current role as a Principal DevSecOps Architect supporting IRS (U.S. Federal Government), I architected enterprise AWS GovCloud landing zones and multi-account environments using Terraform/Terragrunt, AWS Organizations, and IAM controls. I designed DevSecOps platform engineering and standardized CI/CD pipelines to accelerate secure software delivery across multiple GovCloud environments.

I also lead AI Platform Engineering by integrating Amazon Bedrock foundation models with capabilities like AWS AgentCore and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). My work emphasizes automating infrastructure operations and engineering knowledge management through Bedrock Knowledge Bases, semantic search, and secure, context-aware AI workflows.

Complementing this, I’ve architected and administered Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) for scalable SIEM and SOC operations, including distributed search architecture and CIM-compliant detection engineering. I combine security monitoring, threat detection, and Splunk optimization with AWS FinOps practices to improve operational excellence and governance outcomes.
