At Chainlink Labs, I recruited Engineering and Product talent during hypergrowth, helping scale the workforce from 43 to 180. I reduced time-to-hire by 25%, recruiting costs by 15%, and launched a Web3 career program that grew the Latin American candidate pipeline by 50%.
