I’m a results-driven Project Manager / Delivery Manager with 3+ years of experience across project management, operations, and business analysis. I lead cross-functional work with an analytical mindset and structured problem-solving.

In a Salesforce consulting environment, I’ve managed up to 12 simultaneous projects and coordinated with key clients and stakeholders. I also designed and standardized management processes to improve team efficiency and keep deadlines and objectives on track.

As a co-founder and operational leader of an investment startup for nearly 5 years, I managed the business model, internal processes, and relationships with investors and strategic partners. I coordinated multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, and I built operational processes from the ground up.

I’ve also delivered Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP solutions as a consultant and earned official Salesforce accreditation as “Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform Professional.” Alongside this, I developed strong documentation and compliance capabilities during my internship experience.
