Mathias Kring

I am a proactive IT supporter with broad hands-on experience across system operations, user support, and device repair. I currently work at NRGi handling Azure, Active Directory, certificates, SharePoint, print servers and phone systems.

Previously I worked as an IT technician in retail and repair roles at Labtech and Greenmind, advising customers, performing repairs on phones and PCs, and combining technical service with sales. I also supported and developed websites for Aveo, helping customers with edits and advertising.

I hold training as an IT Supporter, completed a SharePoint course, and am a Certified Apple Technician, which complements my practical experience with Microsoft and Azure ecosystems. I am described as happy, smiling, positive and proactive in my approach to work and customers.

Fluent in English and native in Danish, I value roles that let me balance technical troubleshooting with direct user interaction and continuous learning in cloud and systems operations.
