I've led enterprise IT vendor, financial, and transformation programs across Pentair, Medtronic, Xcel Energy, Domo, and Target. At Pentair, I own a roughly $30M annual indirect vendor renewal portfolio across approximately 110 contracts and hold $35M+ in annual IT spend approval authority.

I rebuilt Pentair's vendor-renewal lifecycle from Excel into Jira Service Management, migrated intake from OneTrust, automated PO creation, and partner with Finance leadership on AOP development. I also lead an AI-enabled software-intake program.

At Medtronic, I delivered more than $40M in enterprise IT cost reductions over three years, including a $6M+ IBM professional-services contract restructure and telecom expense management that produced $2M in first-year savings. I established an offshore professional-services center in Bangalore and led 19 direct reports and more than 100 dotted-line team members at peak.

My work combines vendor governance, FinOps, ITSM, program leadership, and practical process design to improve how enterprise IT spends, operates, and delivers.
