I’m looking for a training role where I can leverage my communication skills and instructional design strengths to build inclusive, hands-on learning experiences that improve onboarding and team performance.

I’m an enthusiastic, detail-oriented training professional with a strong foundation in instructional design, group facilitation, and performance support. I develop learning materials that drive employee growth while keeping delivery aligned with organizational goals.

At BrightPath Solutions, I assist in designing and delivering new-hire orientation and ongoing professional development programs for 150+ employees. I partner with subject matter experts to create training manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules—helping reduce onboarding time by 20%.
