As an admin, prepare and obtain the necessary details for the company's government contributions. Processing of the insurance, accreditation, and permits of the trucks. This includes the business permit of the company. Recruitment, interview processes, and hiring of new staff administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

In transport, I track shipments, liaise with customers, and check all areas of the supply chain for efficiency, all while making sure operations continue to run smoothly. Negotiate the cost of transport rates. Managing all transportation or hauling needs within a business, such as budget and P.O.D., schedules, and route planning. Track shipments while coordinating with the drivers. Responsible for overseeing transportation policies, standards, and steps taken. Develop the strategic positioning of transportation operation processes within warehousing or freight forwarding operations. Review better ways to approach problems through synthesizing and reorganizing the problem information. Review cargo consolidation plans to identify savings in space, cost, and efficiency.

While in finance, preparing financial and income reports. Performing various analyses and preparing account reconciliations. Produce the necessary billing invoice for all the shipments. Collecting of payments. Processing payrolls for employees within the company. Scheduling of payables of the company.
