I’m a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in business development, financial management, and process optimization. In my current role, I manage the financial operations of the rewards program, overseeing $1,000M USD in reserves and ensuring operational efficiencies exceeding $120M USD.

I’ve also coordinated 18 internal rewards clients, ensuring tax and accounting compliance, and developed technological strategies to optimize financial and operational processes. Previously, I led tactical services where I designed processes and teams for new businesses, helping multiple initiatives scale to independence, and I supported PMO governance through key metrics, scheduling adjustments, and control dashboards.
